5mint leaves， plus an extra

sprig to decorate

5 slices cucumber

3 measures apple juice

3 measures soda water

ice cubes

makes 1 glass highball

Add the gin，mint and cucumber to a glass and gently muddle。

Leave to stand for a couple of minutes， then add the apple juice， soda water and some ice cubes。 Decorate with a sprig of mint and serve。
